︎ 코로나 방역 수칙 / Covid-19 Disinfection Policy
본 공연은 정부 지침에 따라 백신 패스를 적용하지 않습니다. 코로나19 예방 및 안전한 공연 진행을 위해 관객 여러분의 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다. 또한 코로나 19 상황과 관련된 정부 방침에 따라 공연관람에 대한 지침이 변경될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
1) 마스크 착용 의무화
객석 및 공연장 내/외 모든 공간에서는 백신 접종 유무와 관계 없이 모든 관객의 마스크 착용을 의무화하며, 마스크 미 착용 시 공연장 입장이 불가합니다.
아티스트 및 관객분들의 안전을 위해 공연 관람 중에도 마스크로 코와 입이 모두 가려지게 착용 부탁드립니다. 올바르지 않은 마스크 착용 및 기타 안전 수칙을 위반하는 행위 적발 시 퇴장 조치 될 수 있으며 티켓 환불 및 재입장은 불가합니다.
2) 취식 구역
페스티벌 내에서 취식은 지정된 취식 구역 내에서만 가능합니다. 취식 시에는 옆사람과 대화를 삼가주시고, 취식존을 벗어난 곳에서 취식을 하다가 적발 시엔 퇴장조치 됩니다.
3) 공연장 내/외부 방역
공연 전일 & 당일 정기 방역 및 환기를 진행하고 있습니다.
매표소, 화장실 등 고객 접촉 빈번 지점에 대한 청소와 방역을 강화하며 공연장 내 손소독제 등의 바이러스 예방 물품을 비치하고 있습니다. 발열, 기침 등 코로나19 의심 증상이 있을 시 공연장 방문을 취소하여 주시고, 공연 관람 중 발열, 기침 등 코로나 증상 발생 시에는 즉시 스태프에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.
예매자는 본 안내 페이지의 공연 입장 및 관람 수칙에 대해 모두 숙지 및 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
공연 입장 및 관람 수칙 안내 미숙지, 현장 거부 등으로 인해 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 관람자 본인에게 있으며, 예매 티켓의 변경 및 환불은 불가하오니 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.
Please follow the COVID-19 disinfection policy. We inform you this may change upon the government’s policy in the future.
1) Wear masks
Wearing masks is compulsory. You’ll be asked to exit the concert if you don’t wear a mask or wear it improperly. Your ticket is not refundable in this case.
2) Food Zone
Eating and drinking are only allowed in the food zone. Please do not talk with other people while having food. You’ll be asked to exit the venue if you don’t follow this policy.
3) Disinfection
The venue regularly operates sterilization and ventilation. Hand sanitizers are ready for public use. Please stay home if you have suspected symptoms like fever, cough, etc. Let us know immediately if you have suspectd symptoms at the festival.
It is regarded that every audience agreed to this policy by entering the event. We do not refund your tickets for any loss by not following the policy. Thank you for your cooperation.

양일권 예매자들은 6일 양일권 팔찌를 수령한 뒤 7일까지 착용하셔야 합니다.
훼손 및 분실로 인한 재발급은 절대 불가하오니 관리에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
입장팔찌는 물에 젖어도 무관한 천 소재로 제작됩니다.
For 2 days pass buyers, you need to pick up your wristbands on 6th and wear it until 7th. We DO NOT reissue wristbands for any damage or loss so please handle them with care. Wristbands are made with waterproof fabric.
︎ 티켓 안내 / Ticket Info
- 원더월, 인터파크, 티켓링크, 예스24, 멜론티켓, 네이버, 위메프, 29cm 등 지정 예매처에서 구매 가능합니다.
- 예매 마감일은 각 예매처별로 상이하며, 예매 수량 매진 시 사전에 판매 종료될 수 있습니다.
- 1일권 구매자는 반드시 자신이 구매한 날짜의 공연만 관람 가능합니다.
- 양일권 티켓의 부분 환불 및 하루씩 2인이 나누어 관람하는 것은 불가합니다.
- 예매 매진 여부와 상관없이, 페스티벌 당일 소량의 현장 판매가 이루어집니다.
- 모바일 티켓과 신분증 지참 후 페스티벌 현장에서 팔찌로 교환 후 입장 가능합니다.
- 멜론 티켓 예매자들은 반드시 실물 티켓을 지참하셔야 입장팔찌로 교환이 가능합니다. (사진 및 영상통화 인증 불가)
- 티켓 훼손 및 분실 시 재발급이 절대 불가합니다. 이 점 유의하여 분실하지 않도록 주의해주시기 바랍니다.
- 티켓 양도는 원칙적으로 불가합니다. 양도로 인해 발생한 모든 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 기획사는 이에 대해 어떠한 보상도 불가함을 알려드립니다.
- 공연 당일 티켓의 교환 및 환불은 불가합니다.
- 예매관련 보다 자세한 사항은 각 예매처 상세 내용을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
- You can buy tickets at Wonderwall, Interpark, Yes24, Ticket Link, Naver, Melon Ticket, We Make Price and 29cm.
- For 1 day pass buyers: You can only enter the festival on the date you booked.
- There will be limited door tickets on the day of show.
- Your wrist bands are will-call at each ticketing website booth. Please bring your valid ID (Passport, Foreigner ID)
- Physical tickets are only available for Melon ticket users. (photos or video chat are not valid)
- We DO NOT reissue the wrist bands or tickets. Please keep them safe with you at all times.
- Transfer is not allowed. The promoter is not responsible for any loss from transferring tickets.
- Refund or change on the day of event is not allowed.
- Please check more info on the ticketing website you booked your tickets.
︎ 입장 안내 / Getting in
1. 입장팔찌 교환
모바일 티켓(멜론티켓에 한해 지류티켓) 과 신분증 지참 후 입장팔찌로 교환하신 뒤에 입장 가능합니다. 입장팔찌는 각 예매처 부스에서 직접 채워드리며, 복수의 티켓을 구매한 경우 예매자와 동반인이 함께 오셔서 확인 후 발급 가능합니다. 부정 입장 방지를 위하여 한 명이 여러 개의 입장팔찌를 픽업해 가는 것은 불가능합니다.
2. 예매자와 실 수령자 (실 입장객) 가 다른 경우
실 예매자의 신분증과 모바일 티켓 (멜론티켓의 경우 지류 티켓)을 제시해주셔야 합니다.
가족 명의로 예매한 경우, 가족관계증명서와 실제 입장객 신분증을 지참하셔도 팔찌 수령 가능합니다.
3. 재입장 규정
하우스 오브 원더 2022는 재입장이 자유롭게 가능합니다.
4. 입장팔찌 착용 / 교환과 훼손
입장팔찌의 훼손 및 분실 시 어떠한 경우에도 재발행 되지 않으므로, 관리에 유의해주시기 바랍니다. 단, 손상되지 않은 입장팔찌의 교환 요구 시(불편한 착용감 등), 기존 입장팔찌를 즉석에서 폐기한 뒤 재발급 해드립니다.
5. 부정 입장
입장은 선착순이며 부정 입장 적발 시, 경고 없이 즉시 퇴장됩니다.
입장팔찌 위,변조 및 암거래 적발 시, 즉시 퇴장되며 티켓 가격 변상 후 신고조치 됩니다.
6. 양일권 입장
양일권 입장팔찌는 6일에 착용하여 7일까지 그대로 착용하고 계셔야 하며, 분실 훼손에 따른 재발급은 절대 불가하오니 관리에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
7. 일요일 입장
8월 7일 일요일 공연은 입장 시, 하루권 예매자와 양일권 예매자가 각각 한 줄씩 동시에 입장합니다.

1. Wristband Exchange
Please bring your ID and mobile tickets (physical tickets for Melon Ticket users) to exchange for wristbands. If you’re foreign purchasers, you only need valid ID. Our staff will put the wristband on you. If you bought multiple tickets, the purchaser and companions must pick up the wristbands together. One person cannot pick-up multiple wristbands.
2. Proxy Ticket Pick-up
Please bring the purchaser’s ID and your ID to pick up wristbands. If your family members booked tickets for you, you can bring your ID and family relation certificate.
3. Re-entry Policy
Re-entry is allowed at Haus of Wonder 2022.
4. Wristband Damage or Loss
We DO NOT reissue your wristband when it's damaged/lost. You may exchange for a new wristband if it fits uncomfortably or too tight. In this case, we will destroy your current wristbands and give you a new one.
5. Illegal Admission
Entering festival grounds without a purchased ticket is illegal. You will be immediately forced out of festival grounds and held accountable for your actions. You also have to reimburse the ticket price for illegal transactions.
6. For 2 days pass buyers, you need to pick up your passes on 6th Aug and wear them until 7th Aug. We DO NOT reissue wristbands for any damage or loss.
7. For Sunday, we’re going to make 2 lines for 1 day pass and 2 day pass each when doors open.

︎ 관람 안내 / Watching Shows
- 무대 바로 앞 바리케이드 존은 스탠딩 관람만 가능합니다.
- 공연 관람 시에는 반드시 마스크 착용을 하셔야 하며, 미착용 또는 부적절한 착용시 퇴장 조치 됩니다.
- 바리케이드 존 이외의 공간은 별도의 지정 좌석이 없는 자유 관람입니다.
-아티스트 및 현장 상황에 따라 타임테이블 및 출연진에 변동이 있을 수 있으며, 이로 인한 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.
- 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위, 소란, 모욕적인 언행 등으로 다른 관객의 관람을 방해하는 경우, 퇴장조치 될 수 있습니다. 기본적인 관람 에티켓을 지켜 주시기 바랍니다.
- 본 행사는 실내 공연이며, 돗자리 및 다리가 달린 캠핑 의자 등이 반입 금지되어 있습니다.
- Standing only in the barricade zone.
– Wearing masks is compulsory while watching the show. You will be asked to exit the concert if you don’t wear it properly.
- Artists and set times are subject to change. No refunds are available for such occasions.
- You will be asked to exit the concert when you disturb other people with unpleasant behaviors, insulting remarks and such. Please keep the basic etiquette.
- This is indoor event. No picnic mat or camping chairs with legs are allowed.

반입 금지 물품을 소지하고 계신 관객분들은 유료 물품보관소에 소지품을 맡긴 뒤에 입장 가능합니다.

- 개인 소장을 위한 비전문적 용도의 디지털 카메라

반입 금지 물품을 소지하고 계신 관객분들은 메인 게이트 통과 전 구역에 위치한 유료 물품보관소에 소지품을 맡긴 뒤에 입장 가능합니다.

-물총, 물풍선, 물폭탄 등 물을 사용한 모든 장난감
- 장우산 (휴대용 접이식 우산은 가능)

There will be security check points at the entrance of festival for everyone's safety. You can keep your banned belongings at personal lockers before you enter the festival.

︎ 영유아 입장 및 성인인증 / Children & Adult Authentification
- 하우스 오브 원더2022 는 전체 관람가입니다.
- 2016년 1월 1일 이후 출생자는 증명 자료 (가족관계 증명서/건강보험증/주민등록등본/여권만 인정) 지참 시 무료 입장이며, 증빙 자료 미 지참시 현장에서 티켓을 구매하셔야 입장 가능합니다.
- 주류 이용은 성인 인증 후 성인 팔찌를 받으신 후에 가능합니다.(신분증 지참)
- 성인 인증 위치: 야외 티켓 부스 광장 내 인포&성인인증 부스
- Haus of Wonder 2022 is for all ages.
- The infant born after Jan 1st 2016 can enter with their guardians (parents, etc.) for free with valid ID (Passport / Certificate of family relation / Resident registration / Health insurance card only) . You need to buy door tickets when you fail to provide valid ID.
- Adult authentification is required for alcohol.

︎ 촬영 규정 / Photo Policy
- 개인 소장용의 일반적 사진 촬영은 허용됩니다
- 단, 무대 앞 바리케이트 존 내에서는 아티스트의 요청에 따라 촬영 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 삼각대, 대형조명, 대형렌즈, 분리형 렌즈 등 전문 촬영 장비는 반입 금지됩니다.
- 렌즈크기 40mm 이하의 DSLR 의 경우 몸체와 렌즈까지만 반입 가능하며 추가적 렌즈는 반입 불가합니다.
- 기획사에 의해 사전 허가받지 않은 모든 전문적 촬영이 금지됩니다.
- 취재 프레스는 기획사 측에 공식 사진 요청 후 사용 가능합니다.
- 과도한 휴대폰 촬영은 공연하는 아티스트에게 실례가 될 수 있습니다. 폰 대신 여러분의 눈에 담아주세요
- 하우스 오브 원더 2022 공식 후기 사진 및 영상에는 행사에 참석한 분들의 얼굴이 노출될 수 있으며, 페스티벌에 입장하는 것은 이 같은 사용에 동의함을 의미합니다.
- Non-professional photograph for personal use is allowed.
- Shooting photos in the barricade zone can be restricted upon artist's request.
- Any professional equipment is not allowed (NO detachable lens / Tripods / Big zooms / Big lights)
- We accept DSLR under 40 mm lens but no additional lenses. Personal use only.
- Any professional photography & filming is NOT allowed without promoter's confirmation in advance.
- Please request official photos for press usage.
- Please be resepctful to the artists on the stage. They love interacting with you more than your phones.
- We are recording official recap videos and taking photos and the final content may include your faces. Entering Haus of Wonder 2022 means you agree to the use of your portraits rights.

코로나 확산 방지를 위해 정해진 취식 구역 안에서만 취식이 가능하며, 취식 중에는 대화를 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
We have teamed up with various local food and drink brands to curate the best possible food lineup for the 2022 Haus of Wonder. To prevent the spread of Covid19, eating and drinking is only allowed in the cafeteria zone. Please do not talk with other people while eating and drinking.

하우스 오브 원더 2022 에서는 페스티벌 공식 머천다이즈 판매 부스가 운영될 예정입니다.
자세한 품목과 가격은 추후 HOW 소셜 미디어 계정에 공지됩니다. 결제는 카드/현금 모두 가능합니다.
The official festival merchdise booth will be available at Haus of Wonder 2022. The item stockists and price will be updated on our official social media accounts. Cash and credit card accepted.

︎ 물품 보관소 / Lockers
- 관객분들의 보다 쾌적한 관람을 위해 티켓 부스 광장 내 유료 물품 보관소를 운영합니다.
- 첫 보관 6000원, 재보관 3000원이며 카드 및 현금 모두 사용 가능합니다.
- 분실 및 파손 우려가 있는 귀중품은 보관이 불가합니다.
- Personal coatrooms will be available on site.
- First time keeping is 6,000 KRW, re-access is 3,000 KRW
- We CANNOT store valuable, pricey or fragile items and will not be held accountable for damages of those items.
- Cash and card both accepted.
︎ 분실물 / Lost & Found
페스티벌에서 분실물을 습득하신 분들은 인포메이션 부스 또는 스탭에게 전달해주시기 바랍니다. 모든 분실물은 일차적으로 인포메이션 부스에서 관리되며, 페스티벌 종료 후, 공식 웹사이트 및 SNS 계정에 분실물 공지가 업데이트 됩니다. 귀중품 및 분실이 우려되는 중요한 소지품은 페스티벌에 지참하지 않기를 권장합니다.
If you find a lost item, please bring it to the information booth or notify the staff around you. Every lost item will be kept at the information booth. Uncollected items will be uploaded on our website and social media channels after the festival. We recommend not bringing valuable items to the event.

︎ 의료 및 안전 / Safety & Medical
페스티벌 내에 의료 부스와 구급차가 마련되어 있습니다. 덥고 습한 날씨가 예상되는 시기인 만큼 관람 도중 충분한 수분 섭취와 주기적인 휴식을 취해주시기 바랍니다. 도움이 필요한 관객 발견 시, 의무실로 데려다 주시거나 주변 스탭 및 경호 요원에게 신속한 지원 요청을 부탁드립니다. 또한, 많은 관객들이 함께하는 행사인 만큼 모두가 즐겁게 관람할 수 있도록 질서와 에티켓을 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
Medical stations will be accessible within festival grounds. Please stay hydrated drinking plenty of water throughout the day. In case of emergency, please inform the nearest staff or security. Most importantly, be respectful of your surroundings and other festival goers to ensure that every audience has the time of their life.
